Customer service & Project Management
	The project management team at Carter|Verplanck brings over 31 years of experience to the industry. Once a project is in-house at C&V, the project management team becomes the heart of the company's daily operations, ensuring an accurate and efficient project execution. Even after project closeout, customers remain the top priority. The project management team doubles as a customer service team that takes calls regarding warranty items. In both of these roles, the team members apply their relevant experience in professional fields to supply clear answers exceptionally well.

Field Service
	The field service department at Carter|Verplanck effectively troubleshoots your specific problems with over 127 years of combined experience with various types of industrial equipment. C&V requires the entire department to be factory trained and authorized to repair C&V products. Accounting
	The financial safeguard of Carter|Verplanck, the accounting staff works closely with the project management team to ensure an accurate record of finances. Our controller is a certified CPA and brings over 20 years of experience as a CFO to C&V.
